Meet the senior management team
Dan Kirkland
Dan is a Computer Science graduate and has been a geek practically all of his life. He wrote his first software program at the age of 8 using a BBC Micro computer, but has since programmed in most languages you can think of. He also loves gadgets and can’t stop himself buying the next thing. His experience covers Software Development, Project Management, Digital and Interactive Television, as well as Web Development and the Internet. Before setting up Web Personified, he worked for Logica and Sema Group (two of the largest IT consultancy companies) as well as the BBC and ITV.
Kelly Dorset
Kelly, on the other hand, is a bit more mysterious. He is still a geek but perhaps less outwardly so than Dan. He has a degree in Genetics so can decode you as well as your software! He wasn’t a bad software developer (so he says) in his time but has been in management for the last 8 years. He likes weird music but is one of the most down-to-earth and relaxed guys you are likely to meet. He’ll help anyone do anything… legal.
He isn’t usually as moody as he looks in this photo!
Tamlyn Rhodes
Tam has been making websites for anyone who can pay him (and some who couldn’t) for over a decade. He likes to call himself a design technologist although nobody really knows what that means. Tam’s degree in Artificial Intelligence falls neatly between Dan’s Computer Science and Kelly’s Genetics but his area of expertise spans the more useful fields of web programming, interface design, accessibility and usability testing..
